Continuing-ed class!

The continuing-ed class last night (subject was neck/cervical massage) was so great! Good having someone remind you every once in a while that we LMTs affect more than muscles. The neck and entire cervical area have so many ligaments and other connective tissue, it’s not hard to see why working on those AND the muscles is needed!!

My abdominal massage continuing education class went great AND was fun to boot!!
