Whitney Lowe, yet again, helped us bodyworkers so very much again in his thorough, detailed article (he stated he could do many more installments because foot pain is so prevalent, important, and all-encompassing). My favorite section was Positional Release/Applications: Foot/Ankle Complex! As nervous system maladies seem to call to me more lately, just about every facet (ie.: myofascial/DNM Strategies, Metatarsal Spreading, and Metatarsal Mobilization) of his article is something that I will use A LOT!

The Secret Life of Adductors
Allison Denney’s article (in my latest edition of ABMP’s Massage & Bodywork) was so very informative! I appreciated Ms. Denney’s tips for us bodyworkers/therapists and her sharing her belief that this muscle group is challenging for us and patients!!
