Well, well-Whitney Lowe’s article, in second-to-latest (yup-almost up to date!!) ABMP’s Massage & Bodywork, had a lot of information. It should have, though, as the scapula and shoulder girdle involve a lot of “stuff”. I very much appreciated how he thoroughly delineated types of dyskinesis and treatment variations based on those!
