We therapists, and a whole lot of our patients, know well the effects, and in his words, “the vicious cycle of lower crossed syndrome”, so his reminders of techniques was appreciated. Mostly, I thoroughly enjoyed reading his last portion of the article, “client homework: get to know squat”; the squat position is healthy for quite a few body systems!
